Course Description

Developing Leaders Who Make a Difference integrates concepts from adult development and learning, leadership development and organizational behavior and applies them to build capacity for social change. This course is organized in three sequential segments: Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading Organizations. At the completion of this course, students will be able to create effective strategies to develop individuals, teams, and organizations to their fullest potential to take on some of the world’s most complex challenges. PREREQUISITE: CSHD 1 or PSY 1 or by permission of instructor.

Basic Enrollment Requirements: Unofficial Transcript – Bachelor’s Degree or progress towards a Bachelor’s Degree + 3.0 GPA; Requires: CSHD 1 or PSY 1

Instructor Approval: Not required

Remission Eligible: Yes; first day of term; all university policies apply
