Course Description

Foundational treatment of statistical inference and prediction methods with a focus on science and engineering applications. Frequentist and Bayesian statistical tests and inference, linear and multi-linear regression, logistic regression, regression versus classification, and clustering. Emphasis on analysis and implications of using small, incomplete and missing data sets. Recommendation: CEE201 and CEE 202

Basic Enrollment Requirements: Unofficial Transcript – Bachelor’s Degree + 3.0 GPA.
