Principles of Economics with Environmental Applications

Course Description

An introduction to the fundamentals of microeconomic and macroeconomic analysis. Covers the same concepts and tools as Economics 5 with a focus on environmental issues, examples and applications. Satisfies all major or minor requirements satisfied by EC 5. EC 5 and 8 may not both be taken for credit.

Basic Enrollment Requirements:

Academic Year (Fall/Spring): Unofficial Transcript – High School Diploma or current high school transcript (for high school students only in applicable classes), Bachelor’s Degree, or progress towards a Bachelor’s Degree + 3.0 GPA.

Summer Session: None.
