Course Description

Quantitative models for effective and efficient decision-making. Applications in fields such as operations, supply chain, marketing, human resource, and finance. Identification of decision variables, the objective function, and the constraints. Modeling skills and efficient solution methods with a proper selection of software. Sensitivity analysis. Excel Solver® and Python will be used.

Basic Enrollment Requirements: Unofficial Transcript - Bachelor's + 3.0 GPA.
