Course Description
Techniques of negotiation and mediation applied to a broad range of conflict situations from interpersonal differences to organizational conflict. Combines experiential practice in basic and advanced influence methods with theoretical and applied aspects of conflict resolution.
Basic Enrollment Requirements:
Academic Year (Fall/Spring): Unofficial Transcript – Bachelor’s Degree + 3.0 GPA.
Summer: None.
