Course Description

Explore figure drawing in a variety of ways. Working with assorted media we will work to expand our understanding of observational drawing. Using both black and white and color, we will examine what it means to record what you see and how to interpret the figure in your own way. Drawing elements, including composition, size and scale, weight, volume, value, gesture and content will be discussed.
