Course Description

Sociological analysis of race, ethnicity, racism, immigration, and collective struggles of Asian Americans, frequently overlooked and implicitly posed as a group of people unscathed by discrimination. Negotiation of intra-group identities and mutual resistance, historically and today, to mistreatment through structural and micro-level approaches.
